I loved the location of the hotel – it was super close to the railway station, in fact, just a 5-minute walk. It was also conveniently located across from a mall with a good selection of food outlets. The breakfast was served in a cozy cafe and there were plenty of delicious options to choose from which were served in a timely manner. Lastly, the staff were very competent and helpful.
Nothing could have been better.

The hotel location is really central, close to major shopping centers and restaurants. The staff is friendly and helpful, always greeting with a smile. The room has good air conditioning and the bed is comfortable.
The hotel room is old and needs renovation. The bathroom smells musty and the walls are dirty.

Staff helpful, kind, and accommodating. Convenient location across from Aeon Mall with great dining options. Peaceful at night despite being on the main street. Clean and comfortable rooms.
Can't fault anything about it.

The hotel is located near the train station which is convenient for travel, shopping and dining. Aron mall, a shopping destination, is located nearby as well as a food court at AEON. the hotel staff is very helpful.
The breakfast served at the attached café was very limited and overpriced for the portion size.

The hotel was located close to a mall with great food options and at a convenient distance from train and bus stations. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the room and the competent reception staff.
The room was quite small and cramped for a wheelchair user. the dated decor was a downside to the overall experience.
